PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, please return your order within
30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. Items returned
after 30 days will be issued a store
credit. All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed and undamaged
with original packaging. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you believe your items have been lost or stolen, please contact
Baby Belly Boutique as soon as possible to expedite claims processing.
All lost items will be subject to verification through UPS or USPS.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Baby Belly
Boutique within 10 days of delivery or send back damaged items with
the return form provided. List damaged item(s) for a prompt refund
or exchange.
Breast Pump Return Policy:
For all breast pumps: due to their personal nature breast
pumps can NOT be returned unless they are unopened and the seal
has not been broken. Defective breast pumps are warranted by the
manufacturers and should be returned to them for repair or replacement.
SALES TAX:
Orders bought within Colorado, or being shipped to Colorado will
be charged a 7.7% sales tax.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Orders placed before 4 pm MST Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours, following credit card authorization. Orders placed after 4pm MST on Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped the following Tuesday.
Overnight orders placed before 2pm MST will be shipped the same day after credit card authorization. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. There is no weekend delivery service.
Backordered Products
Occasionally, a product may be backordered and will not be available
for shipping within our normal delivery schedule. If this is the
case, we will contact you, provide you with an estimate of availability
for the backordered product, and ask how you wish for us to fulfill
your order.
Note: Shipping for breast pumps to Hawaii or Alaska will be charged
and additional $10.

UPS tracking number.

All online purchase customers are sent a confirmation email.
Items purchased are listed with customer information for tracking
purposes and item disputes or returns.
